Sergio Machado is Commercial Director of Fragata and one of the founders of the Club, alongside Pablo Cruz and Jeferson Cerqueira. He brings more than three decades in the high-end real estate market: he spent nearly thirty years at the helm of Kauffmann, one of São Paulo’s leading high-end developers, following the full product cycle, from launch to delivery.
It is this experience that he brings to the table at Fragata, the perspective of someone who knows the market from both sides, the one who builds and the one who sells, and can tell what sustains value from what is merely launch-day talk.
