Rita Figueiredo

A lawyer by training, Rita Figueiredo is a Private Advisor at Fragata Clube: the person who stands on the buyer’s side, from the first coffee to the signature. With the house since 2018, she brings together three readings that rarely go hand in hand — the contract, the tax angle, and an understanding of how a high-end home is actually lived in.

Her job is not to show properties; it is to look after the decision. While the licensed broker fulfils, by law, their role on the visit and in the negotiation, it is Rita who makes sure every step is aligned with the buyer’s goals: turning the complexity of a contract into security, and making one of the largest choices in an estate an informed decision, tailored to the person.
